Our PRIMARY goal is complete customer satisfaction. In order to insure this, all specimens sold are:

1: Captive-bred offspring produced at our facility (unless otherwise noted).
2: Flawless specimens in excellent condition (unless otherwise noted).
3: If coloration, size, and weights of specimens are very important, please let us know so that we can accurately describe (including emailed photos: multiple views), measure and weigh your specimens prior to placing your order.
4: If you are dissatisfied with your specimens for any reason, you may return your order for a full refund of the purchase price (DGS does not refund shipping costs), providing that you notify us, and make immediate arrangements for the return of the specimens within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment.
5: Any animal sold as Established, will be either:

A: LTC - (having passed through a minimum 90 day quarantined period)
B: CB - Captive Born
C: CBB - Captive Bred & Born

As such all are guaranteed to be:

A: Parasite free.
B: Accurately represented as male or female per results of probing.
C: An established feeding specimen.

If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with any of these aspects of their purchase within the first 30 days of receipt, I will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price of the animal upon it's return.

All sales on caging are final once the product has left our facility.

A 50% deposit is required to remove from sales availability and hold a specific specimen for 90 days. Any remaining balance must be paid within the intial 90 days in order to maintain ownership. Should the balance fail to be remitted during this period, any deposits shall be forfiet and DGS shall retain ownership and enter the animal back into stock for resale. Please verify availability before sending payment.
DGS will house and feed specimens for upto 180 days at no additional charge awaiting weather conditions appropriate for shipment throughout the shipping route.
Advertised prices are F.O.B. Cincinnati, Ohio and DO NOT include freight and/or insurance.

Payment & Banking Information
Must be received in full prior to shipment. Upon verbal confirmation via telephone, animals will be held for from sale pending receipt of the customers deposit for 72 hours. Should no or inadequate funds be received during this period the animal will be re-admitted to the list of available animals for sale.
Recognized zoological institutions may inquire about NET 30 terms.
Payment can be made via wire transfer*, Internet Bank transfer*, cashiers check, money order, company check, or personal check. We are sorry, but we can ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS only from previously established, credit approved clients. When paying by personal check or company check, please allow 10 business days for funds to clear. (* Where fees apply, they shall be born by the customer and added to the total billing amount.)

Securing a queued selection for pending litters.
We do accept deposits equivalent to 25% of the current price list value of like specimens, as a means of securing a queued position for orders ON CURRENT PROJECTS ONLY, pending the expected arrival of offspring. At the time the offspring becomes available, clients will be notified and will have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance due. Should payment of the balance fail to be received within the allotted time, the client shall forfeit said deposit and the specimen will be moved into the actively available inventory or slotted for selection by the next queued individual on the secured waiting list.

Deposits are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis up to 3 months in advance of anticipated offspring. At the time of deposit, clients will be made aware of their priority sequence place within the queue. Should the number of prospective customers within a queue exceed the number of available offspring, those not given an oppertunity to acquire offspring shall have their deposits returned in full within 10 days of notification. DEPOSITS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE in the event that we are unable to produce an elidgable specimen within a 90 day (3 month) period.

Shipping of live specimens.
All shipments are sent air freight collect to the nearest commercial airport for pick up by the customer. Customer must designate airport destination.
All shipments are insured at invoice value paid by the customer.
Shipments valued at less than $750.00 can be sent via Delta Dash counter to counter service for the fastest delivery. Delta Dash fees must be paid in advance by customer. At the time of this publishing, Delta Dash fees to anywhere in the continental U.S. from CVG for a 0-30lbs is rated at $63.00.
When receiving air freight shipments, you must open your shipments at the airport to make sure no accidental death or theft has occurred. If there is a problem, you must alert the airline and DGS immediately to file a claim. Do not dispose of, or relinquish any portion of a package, or its contents until inspected and signed for by an airline representative. Do NOT destroy or dispose of any dead animals prior to receiving written approval to do so from DGS. In certain cases we may request return of a dead animal, or photodocumentation or both.
All orders must be picked up within 4 hours of their arrival at the airport in order to qualify for our LIVE ARRIVAL GAURENTEE.
Air temperature must be between 55-95°F throughout the shipping route for us to ship.
